Kingston Ladies is an amateur synchronised swimming club in association with the ASA. The club trains twice a week with the master team training 3 times a week. As a club we compete locally and nationally, our masters team competing internationally

Team selection for National County Team Championships 2015
Final team selection for the National County Team Championships that take place in Sheffield on Sunday 18th October. Availability confirmation is requested by 31st August, and all the clubs have been sent the swimmers selection letters and documentation.
