Poolside Passes:
We are using last year’s on-line process for poolside pass application so that we make it easier for all to comply with the Wavepower guidance from Swim England on safeguarding children.
Clubs have applied and paid for the number of passes required on each day in the Meet Summary form. Anyone wishing to make use of this and access poolside must have a pass. The pass is specific to the individual and is not transferable. A photo is required with the pass but any photo will suffice as long as it is recognisable as the individual for whom the pass is intended.
Passes issued for the County Championships can be re-used for this meet.
Non-technical officials should apply for a poolside pass using this form once their role is confirmed.
Poolside passes are not required if you are acting as a technical official. Technical officials must wear their licence.

Dates and Venues:
Following the coaches forum, we have reduced the events to fit into one weekend. All the sessions will be at Guildford Spectrum so we have elected to run this meet on two Sundays to get two full days. The dates are:
- Sunday 14th June – Cancelled
- Sunday 21st June – Cancelled
There will be no 50m events as these are being held with the County Championships.
Age Up Date:
The age up date will be 31 December 2020. This is the same as the County Championships so that we can synchronise the qualifying times.
Closing Date:
The closing date is Midnight on Wednesday, 27th May 2020.
