London Aquatic Centre:
Please use the car park in the Westfield Shopping Centre. Entrance for spectators is along the Stadium side of the Aquatic Centre at the walkway level. The Event Entrance is closed for re-purposing. Entrance is £10 for the day or any part thereof and we will have contactless card readers so cash is not required. If you are paying in cash, please provide exact notes.
Entrance for Coaches, Swimmers, Field of Play (Non-Technical volunteers) and Technical Officials is on the lower level through the main entrance to the facility.
Coaches and swimmers should go between the pools to the changing rooms and onto the pool deck. Coaches will need to show their poolside pass to access the changing rooms and the pool deck. If you have not got your pass, you can collect it from the desks at the entrance as you pass between the two pools. Security will stop you accessing the pool deck without a pass.
Technical officials should go to the Creche and report to the Principal Referee. Field of Play volunteers should go to the Timing Suite to report for role allocation. If you do not have a pass, please go to the desks between the pools to collect it before moving on to the Timing Suite.
Coronavirus – COVID-19:
We are conituing with the gala at the weekend. However, you should stay informed on the latest developments about COVID-19. Follow advice given by your healthcare provider, your national and local public health authority or your employer on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
Protection measures for persons who are in or have recently visited (past 14 days) areas where COVID-19 is spreading: Stay at home if you begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as headache and slight runny nose, until you recover. Why? Avoiding contact with others and visits to medical facilities will allow these facilities to operate more effectively and help protect you and others from possible COVID-19 and other viruses.

Poolside Passes:
We are continuing with the on-line process for poolside pass application this year so that we make it easier for all to comply with the Wavepower guidance from Swim England on safeguarding children.
Clubs have applied and paid for the number of passes required on each day in the Meet Summary form. Anyone wishing to make use of this and access poolside must have a pass. The pass is specific to the individual and is not transferable. A photo is required with the pass but any photo will suffice as long as it is recognisable as the individual for whom the pass is intended.
Non-technical officials should apply for a poolside pass using this form once their role is confirmed.
Poolside passes are not required if you are acting as a technical official. Technical officials must wear their licence.
