Thank you so much for your help as either a technical official, or non-technical helper, during the 2018 Surrey Age Group Championships.
We couldn’t manage without you and we would not have been able to run such a successful Championships. The swimmers were very lucky to have your help.
A big vote of thanks must also go to Sharon Porter for organising the officials, Julie Burvill for organising the non-technical helpers and the Age Group Swimming Committee headed by Alan Thurlow for planning and ensuring the smooth running of the Championships.
Everything went very well, especially the sessions held at the London Aquatics Centre. We have heard from some very happy swimmers, coaches and parents.
By the time the final session ended on Sunday evening I think most of the swimmers were very tired. But then, so were most of the officials!
Thanks once again, hope to see you again next time, which, of course, is the Surrey Age Group Spring Meet on the 7, 8, 14 and 15 April.
