London Region will be hosting an open water development day at Luxborough Lakes in Chigwell on Sunday 7 June.
For age group swimmers, this development day offers the opportunity to get some experience in open water and develop and hone race skills.
The day will also include the basics of pack swimming, sighting and course navigation, negotiating turn buoys, mass starts and finishes.
Swimmers must be 11 years or over on December 31, have a wetsuit and be able to demonstrate the ability to swim a minimum of 800m.
