Squad Coach
Redhill and Reigate Swimming Club are looking for a passionate and committed Squad Coach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a community club, and support our swimmers to achieve their goals.
Established as long ago as 1887, Redhill and Reigate Swimming Club (RRSC) is a friendly and community focused club. Our aims are to provide training opportunities within the right environment that enables each swimmer in the club the chance to reach their full potential, at an aspirational level which is suitable to them. We serve our local community and provide all levels of swimming from age seven through to Masters. The club has approximately150 members and has recently seen a dramatic increase in requests for trials to join us.
We consistently have swimmers entering both the Surrey County Championships and South East Regional Summer Championships. In 2025 we had our best results for some time at the Surrey County Championships, finishing 11th in the overall rankings, and have many swimmers with Regional auto times, and swimmers finishing in the top 10 at this year’s summer nationals.
Training sessions take place in the early evenings during the week at pools in Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Caterham, and also on a Sunday morning in Tadworth. Long course training is held monthly on a Sunday afternoon/evening at K2 or Surrey Sports Park depending on availability.
This role is an opportunity for the right individual to make an impact and join a warm and supportive team.
