are expecting).<\/p>\n<p>There isn&#8217;t a team trophy this year but we thought it would be helpful for the Clubs to see where they stand so I have included both the combined team scores as well as June 2015<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ASA changed the licensing criteria again in March and we can now not have 9 year olds included with an end of year age up date.\u00a0 We have therefore consulted a number of the coaches and from their feedback we have decided to use the <em>end of competition<\/em> date as the age at date for this meet.\u00a0 This allows us to include 9 year olds under the current ASA licensing criteria.<\/p>\n<p>We have amended the Upper Cut-Off Times by moving those for age groups 11 to 16&amp;Over one year younger.\u00a0 This will compensate for the change in <em>Age At Date.\u00a0 <\/em>We have added an additional clause to which I would draw your attention.\u00a0 Clause 23 now prohibits any swimmer from entering an event which they entered in the Surrey County competition.\u00a0 As we have moved the Upper Cut-Off times there will be a number of swimmers who will have this challenge.\u00a0 Please can I ask that all involved are careful
