We <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">would like all the newly-appointed skills coaches to attend these and others planned for the season after.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-486 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/jobad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"193\" height=\"167\" \/>Camps<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">One online camp and one face-to-face camp will be held before the end of August. Between September and August 2023, there will be one online and two face-to-face camps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Role<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Successful applicants will assist the county coach in running and delivering the camps. These will include technique, pool and land-training sessions, helping the swimmers to get the most out of them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">County camps are the first stage in Swim England&#8217;s development pathway. Further information can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimming.org\/sport\/swim-england-talent-swimming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> at the Swim England website. The programme is due to change from next season.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Goals<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Camp goals include coach and swimmer development. Successful applicants will be able to learn from the county coach and each other and take the knowledge back to their home programmes.
