(This file does not include any dates of birth)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accepted Entries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All entries have been accepted.\u00a0 The list can be reviewed at this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Accepted-entry-list.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poolside Passes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are trialling an on-line process for poolside pass application this year so that we make it easier for all to comply with the Wavepower guidance from Swim England on safeguarding children.<\/p>\n<p>Clubs have applied and paid for the number of passes required on each day in the Meet Summary form.\u00a0 Anyone wishing to make use of this and access poolside must have a pass.\u00a0 The pass is specific to the individual and is not transferable.\u00a0 A photo is required with the pass but any photo will suffice as long as it is recognisable as the individual for whom the pass is intended.<\/p>\n<p>Passes issued for the County Championships can be re-used for this meet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-technical officials<\/strong> should apply for a poolside pass using this form once their role is confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Poolside passes are not required if you are acting as a <strong>technical official<\/strong>.\u00a0 Technical officials must wear their Times Report<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dates and Venues:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the coaches forum, we have reduced the events to fit into one weekend.\u00a0 All the sessions will be at <strong>Guildford Spectrum<\/strong> so we have elected to run this meet on two Sundays\u00a0 to get two full days.\u00a0 The dates are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sunday 2nd June 2019<\/li>\n<li>Sunday 16th June 2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There will be no 50m events as these are being held with the County Championships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Age Up Date:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The age up date will be <strong>31 December 2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 This is the same as the County Championships so that we can synchronise the qualifying times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The closing date is
