href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Guildford+Spectrum\/@51.2492285,-0.5635955,17z\/data=!4m8!1m2!2m1!1sguildford+spectrum!3m4!1s0x0:0x3e664f268947b67a!8m2!3d51.249199!4d-0.5630312\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guildford Spectrum<\/a> on Tuesday 25th June.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting reviewed the accounts for the preceding year and the <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Competition-Committee-report-25.6.2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Competition Committee annual report<\/a> (includes age group swimming, diving, masters, open water, water polo).<\/p>\n<p>The following were elected executive officers for 2013-14:<br \/>\n\u2022 Chair: Dr Jeni Colbourne MBE (Wey Valley Swimming Club)<br \/>\n\u2022 Secretary: Mr Jim Boucher (Guildford Water Polo Club)<br \/>\n\u2022 Treasurer: Mrs Joan Swain (Guildford City Swimming Club)<\/p>\n<p>Francisco Diaz (Star Diving Club) takes over from the outgoing President, Diane Gamble.<\/p>\n<p>The following County Honours were approved:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honorary Life Vice Presidents<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ray-Hedger.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raymond Hedger<\/a> (Woking Swimming Club)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dana-Haugli.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dana Haugli<\/a> (formerly of Guildford City Swimming Club)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honorary Life Members<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ellery-McGowan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ellery McGowan<\/a> (Godalming Swimming Club)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Mark-Bayliss.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mark Bayliss<\/a> (Croydon
