The report is <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Annual-Report-of-County-Activities-2025-26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Hannah-Davies.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hannah Davies<\/a> (South Croydon Swimming Club) was made an honorary life vice-president.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Jane Asher (King&#8217;s Cormorants Swimming Club) was the recipient of the president\u2019s plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The meeting reviewed the <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/AGM-finance-report-23.6.2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">treasurer&#8217;s report<\/a> for the preceding year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The following were elected committee members for 2026-27:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Alan Thurlow (Wandsworth Swimming Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Carole Chaplin (Surrey Schools&#8217; Swimming Association)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Christina Victor (Guildford City Swimming Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Francisco Diaz Romero (Star Diving Club Guildford)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Hannah Davies (South Croydon Swimming Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Justine Ryan (Guildford City Swimming Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Amanda-Partridge.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amanda Partridge<\/a> (Epsom District Swimming Club) was installed as the president.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The following were elected executive officers for 2026-27:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Chair: Diane Gamble (Croydon Borough Swimming Association)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Secretary: Irene Holden (Woking Swimming Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Treasurer: Jim Boucher (Guildford Water Polo Club)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The draft minutes of the meeting, to be ratified at next year&#8217;s AGM, are <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/AGM-minutes-draft-23.6.2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The AGM was held at the Holiday Inn Guildford on Tuesday 23 June.
