rel=\"noopener\">Accepted Entry Report<\/a> shows the accepted entries by Club and displays the entered time for the accepted entry.\u00a0 The Meet Programmes will convert all entered times to Long Course using the US conversion factors to determine heat seeding.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Rejected-Entries.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rejected Entries Report<\/a> shows the entries that have been rejected in accordance with paragraph 36 of the Promter&#8217;s Conditions.\u00a0 Your entry summary in the portal has Results:<\/h3>\n<p>We are trialling a new mobile application as an alternative to Meet Mobile this year.\u00a0 The app can be downloaded from either the Google or Apple stores using this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.swimresults.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 The app will be free to use for the Surrey Championships 2026 and we would welcome feedback during or at the end of the meet.<\/p>\n<p>We will still post a start list in the marshalling area and finalists will be announced with a withdrawal time but we encourage swimmers, coaches and parents alike to use the new application on poolside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meet Mobile will not be activated for this meet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Meet Results:<\/h3>\n<p>The full results and the they are still offering our wide range of commemorative t-shirts and hoodies in their online shop. Orders will be processed after the 15th January* and shipped to your home address.\u00a0 The website will remain open at this <a href=\"https:\/\/finedesignsuk.com\/product-category\/surrey-swimming-championships-2026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>link<\/strong><\/em><\/a> until the end of February; plenty of time to purchase your garment.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Fine Designs via their &#8220;contact us&#8221; page or call 01903 201068.<\/p>\n<p>*Fine Designs will do their best but cannot guarantee shipments arriving for the first weekend of the Championships.<\/p>\n<h3>Long Distance Waitlist:<\/h3>\n<p>We are running a waitlist for Long Distance events for any swimmer who is rejected from the 2026 events and wants to swim.\u00a0 We will use a separate Telegram channel to publish any withdrawals and invites to swim.<\/p>\n<p>The waitlist can be found at this <a href=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Long-Distance-Waitlist.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>link<\/strong><\/em>.<\/a>\u00a0 The allocation to replace withdrawn swimmers will be by time from the Age Group of the withdrawn swimmer.\u00a0 After all swimmers in an age group have been allocated, the next withdrawal in the same age group will be allocated to the swimmer with the fastest time irespective of Age Group.\u00a0 In all cases the seed time, not the entry time, will be used.<\/p>\n<p>Please use the QR code below to access the Long Distance Waitlist Telegram channel.\u00a0 This is designed for parents, swimmers and coaches alike.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/Telegram-Waitlist-Channel-1.jpg\" width=\"153\" height=\"153\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Officials and Volunteers:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technical Officials<\/strong> may register your willingness to volunteer your time for this event at this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/swim-meet.com\/Availability\/?m=7590\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Field of Play Volunteers<\/strong> may register your willingness to volunteer your time for this event at this <a href=\"https:\/\/swim-meet.com\/Availability\/?m=7591\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>link.<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Poolside Passes:<\/h3>\n<p>We will be using the Swim England poolside pass system, that is used for National competitions, for coaches, team managers and chaperones.\u00a0 The pass should be downloaded at home and brought with you to the meet.\u00a0 We will provide wallets and lanyards.\u00a0 <strong>All coaches, team managers and chaperones must be registered with Swim England and have recorded their relevant qualifications in the Swim England systems.<\/strong>\u00a0 We would recommend that passes are applied for early to ensure any missing data is provided ahead of the meet.\u00a0 <strong>No-one will be admitted to poolside without a pass.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chaperones:<\/strong>\u00a0 If a chaperone pass is required, the club (Chairman\/Secretary) \u00a0needs to email Martyn Hudson at Swim England (martyn.hudson@swimming.org) with the members details (name and number) and request they be added to the list of Chaperones. Once added they remain on the list until removed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coaches, Team Managers, Chaperones:<\/strong>\u00a0 The pass can be accessed through the member&#8217;s individual page on the Swim Engalnd website.\u00a0 Log on using the following path <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingresults.org\/\">www.swimmingresults.org<\/a> &gt; members &gt; English\/Welsh Member Options and enter your user ID and password to access your membership page.\u00a0 Once onto your individual membership page, select the option &#8220;Purchase accreditation for events click here.&#8221;\u00a0 You will then see a list of all the Counties and Regions using the on-line pass system.\u00a0 Select the Surrey County Championship event for the day you wish to attend and print your pass at home.\u00a0 You will be charged \u00a35 per day and must pay on-line.\u00a0 <strong><em>If you are attending the whole championship, you will need four separate passes.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 If any of the requirements are in red, you must correct the data in the relevant Swim England system before you can print your pass.\u00a0 You will be able to purchase your pass from 1 January 2026.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Level 2 Teachers <\/strong>should submit their poolside pass request by completing the form at this <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/241924846526363\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>link.<\/em><\/strong><\/a> The cost of the pass is \u00a35 per day. We will charge your club separately for any L2 Teacher passes ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Field of Play volunteers<\/strong> should submit their poolside pass request by completing the form at this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/241924846526363\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link.<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Officials<\/strong> must show their licence to gain access to the venue.\u00a0 Any technical officials in training must apply for a Field of Play pass.<\/p>\n<h3>Official Photographer:<\/h3>\n<p>We will be using an official photographer again this year, Simon Roe.\u00a0 He will post the photos taken to his website from which purchases can be made.\u00a0 You can access the gallery of photographs through this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/simonroephotography.photoshelter.com\/gallery-collection\/Swimming-2026\/C0000i_7ZoMnAepg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 We will be presenting medals this year in accordance with the medals presentation schedule that will be published in the meet documents.\u00a0 Simon will be taking an official photograph of all the medallists and will be make these photographs available for download from his website.\u00a0 Surrey County ASA will cover the cost of the medal photographs.<\/p>\n<p>There is a separate gallery for the photographs taken of the medallists on Sunday 8 February.\u00a0 These photographs can be accessed at this <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/simonroephotography.photoshelter.com\/gallery\/Presentations-SUN-PM-080226\/G0000FakXNvqpFyo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Awards:<\/h3>\n<p>We have amended the timeline to make space for a formal presentation of medals.\u00a0 Our official photographer will take the formal photgraphs to speed up the process.\u00a0 Coaches are asked not to try and do the same.<\/p>\n<p>Medallists must report to marshalling at the time shown on the Medal Presentation Reporting Times and coaches should ensure they do this.\u00a0 We will not be holding presentations to wait for a swimmer.\u00a0 All medals not presented will be available for collection at the medals desk.<\/p>\n<h3>Spectators:<\/h3>\n<p>We will be hosting swimmers and coaches on poolside in 2026 as we did in 2025.\u00a0 However, as in 2025, the number of seats available to spectators will be limited to the area by the entrance door.\u00a0 All the seats along the window will be allocated to swimmers and coaches to improve the environment for them.<\/p>\n<p>There will be no charge for spectators, but you should vacate a seat once you no longer need it.\u00a0 The seatng will be on a first come first served basis.\u00a0 There will be a barrier at the window seating beyond which you will need a poolside pass to access or be a swimmer!<\/p>\n<h3>Communications:<\/h3>\n<p>We are trialling a Telegram communication channel at the meet this year.\u00a0 This is aimed at Coaches and Team Managers but all are welcome to join.\u00a0 It will be a one way channel to enable the events team to send out messages to help in the running of the meet.\u00a0 Anyone wishing to take part should download Telegram onto their phones or tablets and use the following QR code to access the channel.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/surreyswimming.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/QR-Code-for-Telegram.jpg\" width=\"176\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key dates for the 2026 Championships are now available together with the links to volunteer your time to support your swimmers.
